She was working as a music teacher, but realised that she could either teach at the music school until the evening and give up her time with her daughters, or she could say yes to a more flexible career that would be more compatible with motherhood and family life. She turned her back on dōTERRA's business model for a long time, but the company's people-centered beliefs and operations, and the fantastic, supportive, empathetic community she has with Barbi, Zsolo and the Peōple First Team, have changed her mind. Today, she knows, consulting is a profession where you can be both a leader and a team player, help, support, grow, and provide value and freedom by empowering others.

Márti is an entrepreneur and a mother who has lived the classic entrepreneurial life for many years: working day and night, weekends, running a shop, being constantly present. Until the children arrived, it was natural and functional for her. Even then, doTERRA was part of the family's life, but for a long time he didn't see it as a business opportunity. The turning point came with the arrival of his second daughter, when it became clear to him that with two children, this way of life was not sustainable. She was looking for a solution that was credible, that worked in the long term and that was truly compatible with motherhood. In doTERRA, she found a system that was already working, stability and freedom, where she did not have to rebuild everything but could pass on her own experiences and lessons learned. Mother of two children, living with her family in Békéscsaba. She has a male-degree and is currently working full-time in a sports equipment company. Nóra is an economist by training, with experience in the banking sector, where she had a high level of responsibility, constant pressure to perform and constant stress. At some point, it became clear to her that this way of working was not sustainable in the long term, with a lack of recognition and real human connection. In dōTERRA, he found not only a transparent and scalable business model, but also products that provided him with tangible support on a therapeutic level. What is really defining for him is the culture of leadership and community: here, we don't build on top of each other, but move forward in support of each other. This values-based, growing together approach gives him stability, motivation and a long-term vision.
